How the HSL Coating Machine Works

Simple Coating Process: From Start to Finish

The machine turns raw rolls of material into ready-to-use packaging through a simple, continuous process:

Feeding the Material

You load a jumbo roll of foil, film, or paper onto the unwind stand. The machine smoothly feeds the material forward while maintaining stable and automatic tension control throughout the process.

Applying the Lacquer

The material reaches the coating head, where the reverse coating system applies Heat Seal Lacquer evenly. The reverse roller movement ensures accurate thickness control and a perfectly smooth coating finish.

Drying the Coat

The freshly coated web then enters a multi-zone drying oven. Hot air or electric heaters dry the lacquer quickly and evenly, helping the coating set properly without affecting surface quality.

Rewinding the Roll

After drying, the web passes through the guiding system to maintain proper alignment. The machine then rewinds the finished material into a clean, tight, and perfectly uniform roll.
