Working Principle: How It Processes Material
- Unwinding Section: The heavy master roll (up to 800 mm diameter) of substrate or wire film is loaded onto the unwind shaft. The automatic edge guide aligns the material perfectly.
- Precision Slitting: The material passes through the sharp cutting section where the Razor Blades or Circular Knives cut it into precise, narrow strips (starting from 10 mm width) without rough edges.
- Controlled Rewinding: he slit strips are wound smoothly onto the rewind shafts. The powder clutch system continuously adjusts the tension so that the final rolls are perfectly tight, even, and ready for market packaging.
