Machine Flow & Structural Components

- Coating Head Assembly: Built with a high-precision Comma Doctor Blade or Gravure roller mechanism. Includes micrometer adjustments for accurate coating thickness control.
- Drying Tunnel: A multi-zone insulated oven with independent temperature controls in each zone. Utilizes high-efficiency air circulation to dry the coating without overheating the PVC substrate.
- Cooling Section: Equipped with water-cooled chrome rollers to rapidly reduce the film temperature before winding.
- Rewind Station: Surface or center-winding system with taper tension control to produce tightly packed finished rolls without telescoping.
