Working Principle of the Machine

The manufacturing process begins by mounting the substrate rolls at the unwinding station. The substrate moves forward to the wax coating station where wax is applied in a regulated manner to prevent excess accumulation. This coating station can be regulated by the operator according to the kind of sealing wad to be manufactured.

The substrate, which has been waxed in the previous station, moves directly to the lamination stage where aluminum foil and other components are laminated under pressure. This is an important stage because correct lamination will determine whether the sealing wad will operate well during the induction sealing process. The substrate is cooled after lamination and wound into rolls.

The machine continues with even tension and alignment throughout the process to prevent wrinkling and inconsistent coating.

Business Benefits

Reliable induction sealing starts with the quality of the sealing wad. This machine helps manufacturers produce consistently laminated products with excellent bonding strength and uniform wax distribution. Its precision coating system reduces raw material consumption while improving product consistency across every production batch. Stable web handling minimizes defects, allowing higher production speeds without compromising quality. The result is improved productivity, lower operating costs, and dependable sealing materials that meet the demands of modern packaging industries.
