Aluminium Foil Induction Sealing Wads Wax Coating Lamination Machine
Engineered for Premium Aluminium Foil Sealing Wad Production
The quality of an induction sealing wad depends on the accurate aluminium foil coating and lamination. Small variations in amount of wax applied or pressure can affect sealing performance. Wax Coating Lamination Machine The Aluminium Foil Induction Sealing Wads lamination machine assures uniform wax coating and controlled multilayer lamination for uniform output. It is intended for liner sealers and bonds with paper board, pulp board, foam or polymer layers, while maintaining foil integrity. Its automated system provides aggressive adhesion, consistent peel strength and uniform output, ideal for high-volume packaging production.

Why Aluminium Foil Requires Precision Processing
Aluminium foil is one of the most critical components of an induction sealing wad. It acts as the sealing layer that bonds directly to the container during induction sealing. Because foil is thin and highly sensitive to heat, pressure, and tension, it must be handled with exceptional accuracy throughout production.
This machine is specially engineered to maintain stable foil movement while controlling wax coating temperature, lamination pressure, and web tension. These factors work together to produce sealing liners with dependable performance and excellent product consistency.
Production Process
Loading of aluminium foil and backing materials takes place on separate unwinding stations to start the production. The foil passes through a controlled wax application unit where molten wax is evenly spread over the surface.
Immediately after coating, the foil is then fed into the lamination section where it is laminated to paper board, foam or other backing materials under precisely controlled pressure. The laminated web then moves through a cooling section to set the bond before being rewound into finished rolls, ready for die-cutting and the production of sealing wads.
Each stage is auto aligned for smooth material flow without wrinkles, coating defects or bonding irregularities.
