Purpose of the Machine
Modern packaging demands induction sealing wads that ensure leak protection, tamper evidence, and extended product shelf life. To achieve this, each layer within the sealing wad must be laminated with precision.
The Induction Wads Lamination Machine is designed to produce these multilayer sealing materials with consistent thickness and reliable bonding. It enables manufacturers to create sealing wads that meet the quality standards required by the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, dairy, lubricant, and chemical packaging industries.
How the Machine Works
The production process starts by loading multiple substrate rolls into the unwinding section. Each material passes through an automatic tension control system to maintain proper alignment throughout the production line.
Layers are combined in the lamination section, where controlled pressure ensures strong, uniform bonding. Additional layers can be added during this process based on product specifications.
After lamination, the material moves through cooling rollers before being rewound into finished rolls. The entire operation is managed by a PLC-based system that monitors production speed, web tension, and machine synchronization to ensure stable output from start to finish.
