Induction Sealing Wads Lamination Machine
Reliable Lamination Technology for Leak-Proof Induction Sealing Liners
Sealed containers require effective induction sealing wad for safety and product integrity. Lack of proper lamination may lead to leaks, contamination, and even loss of products. Induction Sealing Wads Lamination Machine is manufactured for producing sealing liners with precision bonding and proper thickness. Uniformly laminated rolls that will suit different packaging requirements are achieved by this machine. The machine is perfectly suited for industries including pharmaceuticals, beverages, foods, cosmetics, chemicals, and other industries requiring effective and high performance.

Built for Reliable Sealing Liner Manufacturing
The induction sealing liners are supposed to work reliably when the products are filled using a high-speed filling machine. This can only be done by making sure that each layer is precisely bonded, while at the same time having consistent thickness across the entire roll.
This particular machine is designed for producing induction sealing liners that have reliable dimensions and bond strength. It does this by keeping the web alignment and lamination pressures consistent.
Manufacturing Process
The raw materials are first put on independent unwinders where individual layers of materials are supplied to the production line at specific tensions. Prior to lamination, these materials are precisely aligned to reduce any chances of having problems with the seal.
In the lamination station, pressure is exerted on the various layers of substrates to create a single layer. The cooled laminated material is then fed to the rewinder. All parameters in the production process from web tensions, production speed to roller coordination are carefully monitored by a state-of-the-art PLC control system.
Industries We Serve
The machine is an ideal solution for manufacturers supplying induction sealing liners to pharmaceutical companies, food processing industries, beverage manufacturers, dairy producers, cosmetic brands, lubricant companies, agrochemical manufacturers, edible oil packaging units, and FMCG businesses.
