Aluminium Foil Induction Sealing Wads Lamination Machine
Built to Handle Aluminium Foil with Accuracy, Not Just Laminate It
In the manufacture of induction sealing wads, aluminium foil is considered the most sensitive material. Even small instances of stretching or wrinkling of the foil during the lamination process could lead to poor sealing. This equipment is purposely engineered to keep constant tension and straightness for smooth handling of the foil during the entire production process. This device is used to laminate aluminium foil with paperboard, pulp board, PE foam, and any other type of materials under controlled pressure. A consistently laminated roll is produced which is fit for die cutting and sealing.

Designed Around Aluminium Foil Manufacturing
In contrast to laminating machines used for general purposes, this machinery is specifically designed to be suitable for the processing of aluminum foil. The foil is different from the paper or film because it has specific sensitivity to excess pressure, tension, and heat.
In order to deal with such problems, this machinery is designed with accurate balancing of rollers, precise tension control, and drive system. Such features allow smooth operation of foil in the process and keep its initial quality.
Such technique not only enhances the appearance of the laminated roll, but also helps to decrease production waste.
Production Flow
The manufacturing begins with the placing of aluminium foil and backing materials on individual unwind stations. The material is controlled individually through tension control before it proceeds to the lamination stage.
In the machinery, the materials are precisely aligned before they go through rollers of high pressure which join the materials together without damaging the aluminium foil surface.
After the lamination process, the materials are cooled using rollers to stabilize them before they are wound again to form master rolls which can be further die cut into induction sealing wads.

Benefits for Manufacturers
In aluminum foil lamination, any minor mistakes in production cause material rejection and increased manufacturing expenses. This machine is designed to reduce such problems by ensuring that the foil moves at a constant rate during production as well as consistent bonding during production. This machine benefits manufacturers by improving efficiency in the use of the materials, smooth die-cutting processes, reduction in material rejection, and sealing of the final product.
