Complete BOPP Film Coating Plant Machine
A reliable tape needs more than just adding gums onto film. This involves making sure that the coating weight is consistent throughout the web, the film is being moved without elongation or deviation, and the adhesive should be dried up before recoiling.
Our BOPP Film Coating Plant Machine is designed with these vital manufacturing concerns in mind. Our untreated or treated BOPP film is fed in from the unwinding end towards the coating machine in a controlled tensioned state. The chosen adhesive will be evenly applied on the film which is then carried in the multiple heating zones.
The film is then cooled down and rewound into properly rolled adhesive jumbo rolls for further processing into packing tapes in another machine.

Controlled Film Unwinding

Multi-Zone Drying

Cooling and Rewinding
After drying, the coated film is cooled before rewinding. Consistent winding tension helps produce firm, aligned jumbo rolls suitable for further tape conversion.
