Engineered for Wheat and Food-Grain Packaging
Wheat packaging bags are subject to pressure in the filling, stacking, transportation and warehouse handling. The printed design must therefore be legible without excessive spreading, smudging or fading of the ink. Printing on woven material is particularly challenging because its textured surface does not accept ink as evenly as paper or smooth plastic film.
The Wheat Bags Flexographic Printing Machine addresses these conditions through controlled impression pressure, stable material feeding and an efficient drying arrangement. Each printing station transfers the required design while registration controls maintain proper alignment between colours.
The machine can be supplied for roll-to-roll woven fabric or prepared bag printing. Printing width, amount of colours, drying capacity and automation level can be modified for wheat mills, woven sack producers and commercial package printers.
Designed for Reliable Printing on Woven Surfaces
To get a clear print on a wheat bag, more than the printing plate is needed. Material movement, surface texture, ink viscosity and impression pressure all influence the final result. Excessive pressure can disperse fine writing, while minimal contact can leave logos and product information missing.
There are certain differences, however our changes are workable for our PP Woven Wheat Bag Printing Machine. Controlled feeding maintains the material in line as it enters each printing station. Adjustable impression settings help operators achieve proper ink transfer on both plain and laminated woven surfaces.
The drying mechanism eliminates the necessary moisture between colours to assist prevent smudge when the printed material is rewound, collected or sent to the bag-converting process.
Why Wheat Bag Printing Needs the Right Manufacturing Process
Wheat and flour bags hold significant information that must be clearly maintained through filling, transport, storage and retail distribution . Variations in ink transfer, low colour density or inaccurate registration can make it difficult to read product details and impair the professional look of the packaging.
This is why we build each Wheat Bag Flexographic Printing Machine around our customer’s real material, artwork, bag width and production requirements. From feeding and print pressure to colour registration and drying, each process is engineered to provide consistent results on woven packaging.
This leads to a practical production system which helps manufacturers achieve sharp branding, readable information, reduced printing waste and consistent output for repeated jobs.
