Manual Drum Type Slitting Machine
Manual Drum Type Slitting Machine by Mohindra Mechanical Works is used for smooth slitting and rewinding of film, foil, paper, and laminated materials. The machine is suitable for flexible packaging industries where proper tension control and accurate cutting quality are required during production.
This machine operates with a single motor that runs the complete system smoothly. It comes with one unwinder and two rewinders for a continuous rewinding operation. A manual brake system is fitted on the unwinding section to control the running of bigger rolls properly. Both rewind shafts are connected with manual clutch systems that help maintain proper tension on both cutting rolls during rewinding.
The machine is also equipped with two manual shafts, fully timing-based operation, two manual clutches, and one manual brake system for better rewind control and smooth roll formation. Its strong body structure supports stable machine running with low vibration during long production hours.
Web Guide System
The machine comes with a Web Guide System that keeps the raw material in the correct running position during operation. This system controls web alignment properly so the film does not move sideways while running inside the machine.
