Our Solventless Lamination Machine is a famous machine manufactured by our factory. It is completely based on solventless lamination technology. To make flexible packaging as sustainable as possible, solvent-free adhesive lamination technology can be used. Solvent-free adhesive lamination technology is also known as solventless lamination. The laminating adhesive used in this process is a two-component polyurethane adhesive. These two components are mixed properly. These two components create a usable adhesive. The usable adhesive bonds the material layers together. The material layers together form a flexible packaging substrate.
All the parts used in this machine are manufactured by our factory. We have specially designed and manufactured its body using our own technology. We have modern CNC Machines and VMC Machines, through which we manufacture machines according to our customers’ requirements.
